How to Order

Go to the products section and find the frames and other items you want. Click any item to view details, then add it to your order, supplying any details necessary (such as width and length for frames). Each item will be added to an order sheet which you can view at any time by clicking "View my order" on the lefthand side (this only appears if you have one or more items on your order sheet).

When all items have been selected, go to the order sheet. Make sure everything listed is correct and click "Send order" to send us your order sheet.

You must then call us to arrange payment and shipping at 1.800.762.3342.

CFM frames are specifically custom made to order. They are not stock items. All returns must be authorized in advance by calling the office. To avoid costly mistakes, be sure to listen carefully when we read back your order. Assembled frames, chops, and custom cut glass cannot be cancelled once in production, or returned due to customer errors in ordering. A 20% restocking fee is charged for return of length moulding or supplies. Faulty merchandise may be returned for replacement or credit within 30 days of invoice date. Please call for return authorization. Returned merchandise must be properly packed to arrive in good condition.
